Pre-Purchase RV Consulting

When deciding on what RV to buy, we can help identify what to look based on your needs. Experienced RVers can help you consider things and ask questions you might not think of. We will accompany you while you investigate your potential RV and could save you from making a wrong purchase.

Pre-Purchase Inspections (Pricing is based on the RV and level of Inspection needed)

New or used, an RV purchase is a large investment. To protect that investment and help you make an informed decision we provide an independent, detailed RV inspection. Our RV inspections evaluate as many as 500 items. Results are provided in an 85-page report with 80 to 100 photos identifying items to be addressed before a purchase price is negotiated or you take possession.

Tank Cleaning

Are your tank sensors misreading, is there an unpleasant order escaping into your RV or worst yet do you have clogs and plugs? Our tank cleaning service is here to help. Using a special system, we breakdown and eliminate built up of excess waste residue that has hardened lining your tanks, lines, and valves. Our professional tank cleaning system removes this heavy layer of waste and keeps your RV waste tanks operating properly.

Air Conditioner Cleaning and Maintenance

Before you take off for your first camping adventure let us help you make sure your Air Conditioners are operating efficiently. We provide an inspection of the unit clean and repair the coils.

Exterior Sealant Maintenance and Repair

Water intrusion is one of the biggest issues with our RVs and can go unnoticed and do excessive damage to your RV. To prevent water intrusion, Manufactures recommend resealing the exterior joints and seals every three months to protect your RV from potential of water damage. We inspect, clean and repair exterior joints and seals on the exterior of the RV to ensure the integrity of your coach.

Winterizing

Inspect interior and exterior for potential water intrusion areas, disconnect batteries, propane, drain and clean wastewater tanks, drain the freshwater tank and water lines, drain the water heater, and to prevent pipes from freezing (blow out water lines or pump in antifreeze).

De-Winterizing

After months of storage, it’s important to have your RV inspected and serviced. Our Spring Check-up includes, checking the tire condition, Inspect the outside of your RV for any damages, leaks, or cracks. Inspect sealants around windows, doors, and exterior joints. Check operations of the slide and condition of the bulb and sweep seals. Check battery charge and water level. Flush water system, check for leaky pipes, reinstall your propane tanks and check propane appliances.

Owner Education: Basic RV Care and Use

New to RVing, we can help prepare you for the road ahead. RVs are complicated and it can seem overwhelming. They have multiple electrical systems, a propane system, batteries, fresh water, and a waste management system all requiring regular care to ensure they operate as intended. We provide a 4-hour detailed review and training specific to your RV to help you feel confident as an RV owner and operator.
